Satellite Poster Map of Grand Teton National Park

Located in northwestern Wyoming, Grand Teton National Park preserves a spectacular landscape rich with majestic mountains, pristine lakes and extraordinary wildlife. The abrupt vertical rise of the jagged TetonRange contrasts with the horizontal sage-covered valley and glacial lakes at their base, creating world-renowned scenery that attracts nearly four million visitors per year.

This satellite image of Grand Teton National Park was created using Landsat Orthorectified ETM+ Pan-Sharpened data, and draped with National Elevation Dataset (NED) topographic data. The map is printed on archival quality luster finish photo paper.

The majority of Terra Prints are created using data collected from the ASTER (Advanced Spaceborne Thermal Emission and Reflection Radiometer)satellite sensor. With its 14 spectral bands from the visible to the thermal infrared wavelength region, and its high spatial resolution of 15 meters (about 50 feet), ASTER images Earth to map and monitor the changing surface of our planet.

The beautiful colors and remarkable imagery of these posters make for the perfect addition to any office, home or school setting.
